My mouth positioner really hurts my jaw? - positioner hurt
I have my braces and the orthodontist told me not to the positioner 24 / 7 used for the next three days, but if I have a sore jaw .. and after that I read in a while, I can not open his mouth all the way, it hurts. Is this normal? This part of the process, the teeth and jaws into its final position and then disappears? Oh ... I really hope it's all: (

Yes, this pain is intended only to not use braces teeth and try to recover. If after 3 days of feeling this way, call your orthodontist.
Additionally, you can take Advil or pain med to help with pain.
