One of my clients is one of rosacea, although I do not see a sign on his face. You buy a product Tricosa Mario, but I think it's really expensive. I think it is to be worth the price because, as I said, I see no evidence for it in the face.
The bad news is that rosacea is a chronic and incurable, but under control, by being kept simple changes to your daily routine. Since rosacea is the dilation of blood vessels not to use or something to stimulate the skin. This includes internal and external. Clean your skin with a mild detergent and never rub the skin with a cloth, buff puff, or a different kind of "pearls" scrub. Always warm water, never hot. Use products that contain no alcohol or other irritants. Cetaphil is a good mild cleanser that can be purchased at the pharmacy. It is also important to moisturize the skin morning and evening. Always follow with a moisturizer after washing. It is recommended that woulded a prescription from your doctor for an actual gel well preserved. Metrogel is a good recommendation. Use a sunscreen with UVA / UVB broad spectrum protection. No matter what I say, every day .... even if it's sunny, wear sunscreen. The sun is a stimulant for the skin and makes your only worsen rosacea.
Other things to avoid at all costs:
Ice cold
Strong winds
Stress, Anxiety
Saunas and hot baths, overheating, excessively hot environments
Avoid alcohol, especially red wine .... (Stimulant)
Drink hot drinks ... Caffeine is extremely cold.
Avoid sharp
